The Used is an American rock band from Orem, Utah, that formed in 2001. The Used's music has been classified under many sub-genres of rock. Their musical style has been labeled as post-hardcore,alternative rock,hard rock, and heavy metal.
The group signed to Reprise Records and rose to fame in June 2002 after releasing their self-titled debut album.
